Oven Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. At its sole discretion, TurboChef will consider returns on purchases made within the past 60 days. Requests for returns must be made in writing to [email protected] and must include the serial number, invoice number, and reason for return. If approved, TurboChef will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The customer is responsible for coordinating and paying for the
return freight to TurboChef. Goods must be in their original packaging, in new/unused condition, and must be accompanied by the RMA paperwork. Units returned in any other condition may be deemed not valid for credit. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. If the oven is not received back at TurboChef within 30 days of the RMA creation, the transaction will be voided, and no credit will be due.
Please note, any freight damage that occurs on TurboChef’s carrier must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. TurboChef will not be liable for freight claims after this time period.
Part Return and Refunds
Eligibility for Parts Returns and Refunds
- Purchase Criteria: Items must be purchased directly from TurboChef Canada to be eligible for a return or refund.
- Condition and Packaging: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
- Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery or pickup date.
Non-Eligible Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable goods or consumables.
- Items marked as non-returnable or non-refundable.
- Special orders, including specific sizing or electrical settings.
Return Process
- Initiation: To initiate a return, contact TurboChef customer support at 833-809-0833. Provide your order number, product name(s), and the reason for the return.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items. Eligible returns will be processed for a refund within 10 business days. Items that do not meet return criteria may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee may apply to returns. This fee will be communicated to you prior to processing your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report any damaged or defective items within 3 days of delivery for a prompt replacement or refund, including any shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
Policy Changes
TurboChef Canada reserves the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon updating our website.
