The TurboChef HhC 1618 (High h Conveyor) is a compact, high-speed conveyor oven designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 16-inch wide conveyor belt and an 18-inch cook chamber, allowing it to cook up to 35 12-inch pizzas per hour. The oven utilizes independently controlled top and bottom air impingement and a variable-speed recirculating airflow system to ensure even cooking.
