The TurboChef HhC 2620 (High h Conveyor) is a high-speed, ventless conveyor oven designed for commercial kitchens. It features a 26-inch wide cook chamber and utilizes independently controlled top and bottom air impingement with a variable-speed recirculating airflow system, allowing it to cook up to 100 12-inch pizzas per hour. The oven's ventless operation is facilitated by dual catalytic converters, eliminating the need for external ventilation.
